DHL eCommerce and CTT Expresso have formed a strategic partnership to enhance parcel delivery in Spain and Portugal, which will significantly impact the e-commerce sector. DHL will acquire a 25% stake in CTT Expresso Portugal, while CTT Group will take a similar stake in DHL eCommerce Spain. The partnership will create joint ventures to improve parcel processing and last-mile delivery, resulting in a network with 20,000 service points and a capacity for over 1 million daily shipments.
