With 90% of its 5 million annual shipments occurring within 40 miles of a store, the company envisions a flexible delivery network leveraging existing facilities. Currently relying on external carriers, Tractor Supply faces challenges with bulky items and has identified superior customer satisfaction and lower return rates with in-house deliveries. By 2029, the goal is to significantly increase coverage for large item orders.
