Lufthansa Cargo is set to launch its inaugural direct flight between Asia and the United States.

Lufthansa Cargo has enhanced its winter timetable by offering 89 weekly B777F freighter connections, including a new transpacific route connecting Frankfurt with Los Angeles via Ho Chi Minh City. This marks the carrier's first direct link from Asia to the U.S., aimed at providing faster, high-quality services. The fleet expansion, including the addition of the 18th B777F, allows for increased frequencies to India and China, along with enhanced services to other Asian destinations. The new schedule, effective October 27, can be booked starting October 6.
