The court has authorized the sale of Air Belgium's cargo division to Peso and Air One.

The Business Court of Walloon Brabant has approved Peso Aviation Management and Air One International Holdings' acquisition of Air Belgium's cargo operations. This move aims to secure Air Belgium’s future in the cargo market, preserving jobs and creating new opportunities. Air One Belgium, led by Peter Scholten, will acquire essential assets and personnel from Air Belgium. Next steps include obtaining necessary licenses from Belgian aviation authorities and integrating additional aircraft to enhance the fleet, ensuring continued operations and meeting customer demand.
