This new feature allows partners like American Airlines Cargo and Latam Cargo to manage bookings more efficiently without needing to contact local staff, thereby reducing manual processes. The platform has seen significant engagement, with nearly 500,000 bookings made. As part of its digital strategy, Qatar Airways continues to enhance the portal, recently introducing features like 'My Allotments' for optimized shipment planning.
