Riyadh Development Company (ARDCO) and Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) have partnered to construct a cutting-edge warehousing facility in the Rimal district of Riyadh, with an investment of SAR 227 million. The project will cover 58,000 sq.m. on a 97,904 sq.m. site, with construction starting in 2025 and completion expected in early 2026. This collaboration aligns with ARDCO's strategy to invest in growth sectors, enhancing Riyadh's status as a logistics hub. Agility's CEO highlighted the project's role in expanding logistics capacity in Saudi Arabia.
