Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal (PACTL) celebrated its 25th anniversary by launching a five-year strategy aimed at enhancing customer service, safety management, and operational quality. The plan focuses on improving market responsiveness through expanded supervision and intelligent tools, while also leveraging technology for safety, including unmanned storage operations. PACTL, a collaboration among Shanghai Airport Group, Lufthansa Cargo, and JHJ Logistics, has become a vital player in the air cargo sector, handling 30,000 to 40,000 tons of cargo weekly and serving over 70 airlines.
