Ninatrans, a Leuven-based specialist in time-critical transport, has acquired the British company Cranleigh Freight Services (CFS) as part of its European growth strategy, following previous acquisitions in Germany and Spain. CFS, known for its expertise in sectors like motorsport and aerospace, will continue under the leadership of Managing Director Graham Young, ensuring its ongoing success. CEO Benny Smets emphasized that this acquisition enhances Ninatrans’ transport services between Europe and the UK, bringing valuable experience and a strong local presence. CFS operates with around 40 employees and a fleet of 30 trucks and trailers.
