MSC Air Cargo is set to launch its inaugural flight in Hong Kong following the acquisition and rebranding of AlisCargo Airlines. The new airline, part of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, has partnered with Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals (Hactl) for handling services. After acquiring AlisCargo in August 2023, MSC Air began operations under its new name on September 10, 2024, with three weekly flights from Milan. The CEO of MSC Air Cargo expressed optimism for growth in Hong Kong, while Hactl is ready to support the airline’s expansion in the Asian market.
