Lufthansa Cargo reported a 15% increase in operating profit to €251 million in 2024, with the fourth quarter contributing €199 million, marking its best performance in that quarter outside the pandemic years. Revenue rose by 10% to €3.26 billion, driven by a 14% increase in sales of freight tonne-kilometers. The company’s BOLD MOVES strategy aims to position it among the top five cargo airlines globally, focusing on quality, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. For 2025, Lufthansa plans to expand partnerships and continue investing in its Frankfurt hub, targeting growth in e-commerce and industry-specific solutions.
