This acquisition will enhance Kuehne+Nagel’s European groupage network significantly. TDN employs over 600 staff, operates 45 terminals, and manages a fleet of over 700 vehicles, covering extensive routes across Spain and beyond. Both companies aim to combine their strengths to offer improved logistics solutions and career opportunities, ensuring a smooth integration and continued growth in the logistics sector.
