Charlotte Elpers has been appointed Vice President of Worldwide Operations at KLM Cargo, succeeding Koen Bolster, who will become Executive Vice President of Hub Operations on February 1, 2025. Elpers, who has spent 19 years at KLM, currently serves as VP of Passenger Services at Schiphol. Adriaan den Heijer, EVP Cargo, praised Bolster for his leadership during challenging times, including the Covid-19 pandemic, and expressed confidence in Elpers’ ability to drive the future growth of KLM Cargo due to her extensive operational experience.
