Icelandair plans to launch its first nonstop service between Reykjavik’s Keflavik International Airport and Miami International Airport on October 26, 2025, offering three weekly flights. The 7.4-hour journey will utilize Airbus A321LR aircraft, accommodating 187 passengers. Introductory fares start at $549 for travel until March 29, 2026. Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava welcomed this expansion, highlighting direct access to Iceland’s natural beauty. The service will also allow stopovers in Iceland, enhancing connections to over 30 European destinations.
