Since its establishment in 1998, it has grown to serve 75% of its airline clients, processing around 2,000 air waybills daily. The new center introduces features like real-time monitoring, e-document submission, and an automated document management system, improving efficiency and reducing reliance on paper. It aims for paper-free operations and benefits all stakeholders by streamlining processes and reducing costs.
