In their 40-minute discussion, they emphasized the responsibility they felt to maintain operations and support their communities during a challenging time. Seroka noted the pandemic revealed their capabilities, while Herrera expressed pride in the unwavering commitment of ILWU workers. StoryCorps, founded in 2003, has preserved over 630,000 stories across the nation.
