Etihad Airways experienced an 8% rise in cargo revenue, totaling AED 958 million ($261 million) in Q1 2025, despite a 4% decrease in cargo tonnes to 154,000. Total revenue increased by 15% to AED 6.6 billion ($1.8 billion), with net profit up 30% to AED 685 million ($187 million) due to strong demand and operational efficiency. CEO Antonoaldo Neves highlighted their record profits and customer satisfaction, emphasizing their strategy of sustainable growth and improved services. Passenger revenue also rose by 16%, supported by network expansion to 80 destinations and the introduction of 16 new routes.
