Emirates SkyCargo has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Astral Aviation to enhance global trade with Africa. This partnership combines Astral Aviation’s extensive intra-Africa network of 50 destinations with Emirates SkyCargo’s global reach of over 145 destinations. The agreement, signed at Air Cargo Africa, aims to improve cargo interline options and support African businesses. Both airlines specialize in handling sensitive cargo, highlighting Africa’s growing importance in trade. The collaboration also aligns with the UAE’s increasing investment in Africa, contributing to the goals of the African Continental Free Trade Area.
