This self-service feature will be rolled out globally, covering various products, including sensitive shipments. With over 60% of bookings now made digitally, Emirates SkyCargo is also partnering with major digital marketplaces and transport management systems, enhancing productivity and allowing for better customer service through streamlined processes and improved digital channels.
