DSV reported a 25% revenue increase in Q3 2024, reaching DKK 44.1 billion, attributed to higher air and sea volumes and freight rates. Profits marginally rose to DKK 2.85 billion. The acquisition of Schenker is anticipated to enhance DSV’s market position, with a successful €5 billion equity raise. Year-to-date revenue increased to DKK 123.6 billion, though adjusted earnings fell by 13%. DSV’s air and sea freight volumes grew by 8%, reflecting strong demand, particularly from APAC. The company narrowed its full-year EBIT guidance to DKK 16-17 billion, anticipating one-off costs of roughly DKK 650 million.
