Dollar Tree is set to establish a new 1-million-square-foot distribution center in Marietta, Oklahoma, following the destruction of its previous facility by a tornado nearly a year ago. The new center, expected to be operational by spring 2027, will support 700 stores in the West and Southwest. This move is vital for the company’s supply chain, especially after incurring significant losses due to the tornado. Dollar Tree is also converting a Family Dollar facility in Texas to further enhance its distribution capabilities while upgrading existing centers for improved efficiency and climate control.
