DB Schenker has introduced a new air cargo route linking Ezhou, China, to Frankfurt, Germany, with the first flight taking off on January 7, 2025. This service will operate every Tuesday, with a stop in Abu Dhabi, and is expected to handle 5,200 tonnes of various cargo types annually, enhancing Sino-European trade. Ezhou Huahu International Airport, a rapidly growing cargo hub, plays a crucial role in this expansion due to its strategic location. DB Schenker aims to optimize supply chains and bolster regional economies through this initiative.
