CSX Corporation has announced a new selection of high-ranking properties designated as CSX Select Sites under its industrial development program. Eighteen sites across 12 states have received gold, silver, or bronze ratings based on various site characteristics. CSX collaborated with over 29 communities to identify these prime rail-served properties, facilitating economic growth opportunities. According to Kellen Riley, this initiative streamlines the process for manufacturers to invest and create jobs. Additionally, four previously awarded Select Sites have upgraded their readiness status since 2024.
