Since integrating LTL freight into its quoting system, AI-generated quotes have increased by 30% monthly. The technology has significantly expedited customer service, enabling over 5,200 clients to have their loads accepted in under 90 seconds, compared to the previous wait of up to four hours. This initiative is part of C.H. Robinson’s broader strategy to improve logistics management through automation and AI.
