Since launching its Corporate SAF Programme in 2022, Cathay has made significant strides in sustainability, collaborating with partners like DB Schenker. The programme aims for SAF to make up 10% of total fuel consumption by 2030, contributing to a net-zero emissions goal by 2050. SAF can reduce lifecycle emissions by over 80% compared to conventional fuels, highlighting its potential in achieving sustainability in aviation.
