Cathay Cargo has transported approximately 70 horses for the Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show, taking place from February 14-16, 2025, marking the event’s return to Hong Kong after over five years. The show will feature top international show jumpers and various equine entertainment. Cathay Cargo utilized a charter flight from Liège with Boeing 747 freighters and ensured the horses’ comfort during transit. Event organizers expressed appreciation for the airline’s expertise in handling these valuable animals, with over 25,000 attendees expected at the event.
