Cainiao Group, Alibaba’s logistics arm, has launched a chartered flight between Xi’an, China, and Liège, Belgium, operating twice weekly to enhance cross-border delivery ahead of the peak shopping season. The inaugural flight transported over 50 tonnes of e-commerce goods, which are swiftly processed at the Liège eHub for customs clearance and distribution across Europe. This initiative aims to strengthen Cainiao’s logistics network, providing merchants with efficient shipping solutions and ensuring timely deliveries to countries like Spain, France, and Germany.
