Blue Yonder reported that most of its customers have resumed normal operations following a ransomware attack before Thanksgiving, while ongoing support is provided to those still affected. A spokesperson confirmed that the majority of impacted services have been restored. The company is investigating the November 21 intrusion, attributed to a group called Termite ransomware, and is collaborating with law enforcement and forensic experts. Starbucks confirmed its employee scheduling platform using Blue Yonder technology is operational again, having temporarily tracked hours manually during the disruption.
