Construction has begun on the Escape Solar project in Lincoln County, Nevada, where Bechtel is tasked with designing and building a 226 megawatt photovoltaic solar facility for Estuary Power. The project will utilize around 389,000 bifacial solar panels over 900 acres to provide clean energy to major clients, including MGM Resorts and Caesars Entertainment. Bechtel aims to leverage its extensive experience to ensure efficient delivery by Q3 2025. Estuary Power, a majority woman-owned business, is supported by Ullico Infrastructure Fund, emphasizing the importance of renewable energy development in the U.S.
