In 2024, ATSG’s Cargo Aircraft Management added nine Boeing 767-300 freighters, totaling 27 in its fleet. For Q4 2024, revenue was $517 million with adjusted pre-tax earnings of $39.8 million, a significant increase from the previous year. ATSG is set to be acquired by Stonepeak, with stockholder approval received and plans to close the deal in early 2025. CEO Mike Berger highlighted strong Q4 results and future opportunities.
