Andrea Gruber has been appointed as the Head of Service Excellence at MSC Air Cargo in Geneva, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. Previously, she spent 13 years at IATA, where she led special cargo initiatives, and has worked for the International Road Transport Union for over a decade. Her recent role was at skyguide as Head of Process and Organisational Development. MSC Air Cargo has rapidly expanded since its launch in October 2022, now operating five Boeing 777 freighters. Gruber’s expertise is expected to enhance the airline’s commitment to high-quality service.
