Spot rates from China increased, particularly on routes to the U.S. East Coast, while outbound rates from Hong Kong rose by 1.9%. Conversely, Shanghai saw a 2.8% drop. Rates from Europe increased to major destinations, but Frankfurt’s index fell by 1.3%. In the Americas, Chicago’s outbound rates decreased by 10%, while trade to South America from Miami continued to rise significantly year-over-year.
