Air France KLM Martinair Cargo has completed a five-year transformation initiated in 2020, aimed at enhancing its commercial strategy, customer experience, and sustainability. Key to this change was the myCargo platform, which now handles 88% of bookings, and the introduction of CRM360, a global service solution with AI features. The company also restructured its organization for improved efficiency and launched the GoSAF program for sustainable aviation fuel. Operationally, it achieved a 30% improvement in Net Promoter Score and reinforced its commitment to innovation and customer service.
