This platform, developed over eight years, has transformed into an industry-leading service hub reflecting customer demands for seamless business interactions. AFKLMP has also invested in dynamic pricing and is implementing a global CRM system with Salesforce. Additionally, the company expanded its services to Asia and introduced a new PLUS service level. Looking ahead to 2025, AFKLMP aims to enhance its service offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
