In July, Air Charter Service (ACS) successfully transported two 48-tonne aftercoolers from Italy to an offshore oil platform under construction in Indonesia. Due to the weight of the cargo, they utilized an Antonov 124 and flew into Singapore Changi Airport for better handling. ACS coordinated with an engineering firm to create a supportive cradle and managed road permits for the cargo’s transport to Milan Airport, where it was stored overnight. They also facilitated offloading in Singapore and arranged for the aftercoolers to be loaded onto a ship for delivery to Indonesia, showcasing their global operational efficiency.
