Skyway Airlines, recently launched in the Philippines, has appointed Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals (Hactl) as its handling agent for new freighter services aimed at the e-commerce sector. Hactl will provide comprehensive support, including terminal and ramp handling. Skyway began flights on March 20 with B737-400 freighters, marking Hong Kong as its first international destination. Skyway’s President, Jose Angelo Peralta, expressed optimism about the partnership with Hactl, while Hactl’s Executive Director, Joanna Li, highlighted the importance of this new service for trade between the Philippines and Hong Kong.
