Covering over 45,000 square meters, this advanced facility includes leaseable office spaces for sectors like pharmaceuticals and e-commerce, and features a Transport Control Tower Hub for centralized monitoring of trucking operations. CEO Omar Talal Hariri emphasized its role in boosting operational efficiency and aligning with Saudi Arabia’s National Transport and Logistics Strategy, while contributing to economic growth.
