Marie-Christine Lombard, CEO of Geodis, announced the appointment of Amaury Valicon as the new Executive Vice President for Europe, effective November 1st, succeeding Thomas Kraus. Valicon, who joined Geodis in 2017 and has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, will continue to report to Lombard and remain on the Executive Committee. Additionally, Marc Meier will join as Managing Director for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland on October 1st, while Maurizio Bortolan will take on the role of Managing Director for Italy, also starting October 1st.
