While FedEx will handle a significant portion of deliveries, Best Buy will also utilize other carriers like the Postal Service and DoorDash in certain areas. Additionally, Best Buy is implementing a data-driven sourcing solution to optimize fulfillment locations, targeting 70% of orders through this model by the holiday season.
