BNSF and CSX have unveiled new intermodal service products aimed at enhancing shipping efficiency between the western and eastern U.S. Key offerings include direct domestic services linking Southern California with Charlotte and Jacksonville, as well as a new route between Phoenix and Atlanta to shift over-the-road freight to rail. Additionally, international services connecting the Port of New York and New Jersey to Norfolk and Kansas City will be introduced. These initiatives aim to improve flexibility and reliability for customers, streamlining supply chain operations nationwide.
