DHL Express Finland has launched a new logistics gateway at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, representing a €100 million investment and doubling the operational area. The facility features an advanced automated sorting system that can process 6,500 parcels per hour and includes 90 direct loading bays with electric vehicle charging. Committed to sustainability, it will be carbon-neutral, utilizing geothermal heating and solar energy. This hub aims to enhance efficiency for Finnish businesses, providing modern facilities and supporting international trade, with deliveries expected to begin in October 2025.
